Itinerary

Day 1
Watamu → Mombasa → Masai Mara
Transfer to Mombasa and domestic flight to the Masai Mara. Landing on a bush airstrip in the heart of the reserve, lunch at camp and a first afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight in a tented camp.

Day 2
Masai Mara, full day
A full day of game drives in the reserve, with a packed lunch to reach the Mara river — lion and cheetah country and, in season, the wildebeest migration.

Day 3
Masai Mara, full day
Second full day: dawn among the herds, different corners of the reserve and an optional sunrise balloon safari (on request). Last sunset over the plains.

Day 4
Masai Mara → Mombasa → Watamu
Last game drive to the airstrip, flight back to Mombasa and transfer to Watamu, arriving in the evening.
